Information for campers:

Reporting time: 9am on 3 Dec

Dismissal time: 5pm on 7 Dec

Venue: Pasir Laba Camp, 132 Pasir Laba Road S637559

De-busing area: along Ranger Ave, registration at Leaders’ Square

(For those walking in, proceed to Leaders’ Square directly)

Campers are to register as a company upon arrival. Please send a representative to collect all EZ-link cards and report at the registration booths. Kindly refer to the nominal roll for the grouping of your Boys and inform them accordingly prior the camp.

Companies are encouraged to gather and dismiss campers at their respective schools instead of the camp. Please advise all parents that they can only drop-off and pick-up their children at the entrance of the camp. No unauthorised vehicles are allowed in the camp.

All campers are to report in BB day dress. Please ensure that your Boys come in appropriate hair style. All accompanying Officers are also to report in Officers’ day dress. All helpers should report in BB blue collared helper’s T-shirt and dark blue pants/ skirt.

Officers are to conduct spot checks on prohibited items before reporting to the campsite.

Things to Bring (Participants)

· Recyclable materials (bring 4 suggested items from the list)

o Used tetra pack (milk, soft drink cartons)

o Empty mineral water bottles

o Empty Milo tins

o Empty cereal boxes

(Please ensure that these items are washed before bringing them to camp)

Security

· Student EZ Link Card / NRIC / Passport (for foreign campers) for identification and registration purposes

· Numeric Pad Lock (for personal cabinet

Clothing

  • BB Full uniform (reporting attire)
  • 5 Days & 4 Nights clothing (e.g. Company T-shirt, BB related T-shirts preferred)
  • Blue BB Polo T-shirt (minimal 1)
  • Extra undergarment
  • Long trousers / track pants (for outdoor activity)
  • Socks
  • Canvas/sport shoes X2 (1 pair for outdoor activity, will likely get wet/ muddy)
  • Slippers / sandals (sandals preferred)
  • Raincoat / poncho

Miscellaneous

  • Torchlight with batteries
  • Plastic bags for used clothing
  • Toiletries (soap, shampoo, towel, tooth brush & tooth paste)
  • Toilet paper (1 roll)
  • Writing materials (pen and paper)
  • Clothes Hangers
  • Sleeping Bag/Blanket
  • Raffia string (1 small roll)
  • Small bag (for out of camp activities)
  • Water bottle (at least 500ml)

Other Personal Items

  • Insect repellent
  • Own medication (asthma inhaler, etc, if needed)
  • Personal First Aid Kit (e.g. Plaster)
  • Thermometer

Spot checks will be conducted during the camp. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

All campers are responsible for their own belongings. The organising committee would not be held responsible for any lost items.
